Carmichael Computers is here to help. With our extensive knowledge of IT in the home and small business, there is no problem that our qualified technician can't fix. In fact we're so confident that we have a no fix - no fee guarantee!

The service works with either our qualified technician collecting the faulty computer from your home or small business, or staying on site to repair the problem, you can also drop the faulty computer off here at the work shop.

If the computer is collected, it is then taken to our work shop to be repaired. When the repair is complete, our technician will deliver it back and set it up the way it was. Then demonstrated to show that the problem has been fixed.

There is no hourly rate fee, or hidden charges on computers that are collected or dropped off. Just one simple payment of £40. This simple payment repairs any problem that you have with your computer excluding the price of parts, if needed.

If you prefer for a technician to fix the problem on site, it is £40 for the first hour, then £10 an hour afterwards.
